Right in the heart of Miami, you will be guided into a deep meditation using an array of instruments; Crystal bowls, gongs, flutes, vocal serenade, drums, guitar, chimes. This modality is known as Sound Healing or a Sound Bath. Allowing the vibrations of the instruments to wash over you and bring harmony to the mind, body and spirit. Cultivating a blissful state of inner peace as a collective. This type of gathering is meant to restore, rejuvinate, and refresh the soul. All are welcome.
